Instructions
Egg Step
Separate yolks. (Place the egg whites in the fridge.) Small mixing bowl - whisk the yolks thoroughly until smooth. Slowly add alcohol while stirring.* Set aside for 15-20 minutes to thicken.
Structure of the Eggnog
Large mixing bowl add milk, and sugar mix until dissolved. Add softened ice cream. Beat until smooth. Slowly add egg yolk mixture while stirring/mixing constantly. Add vanilla and stir. Top by sprinkling spices on top when finished.
Optional Step**
Use the cold egg whites. Put them in a mixing bowl, beat until stiff. fold into the mixture.

Notes
* If you add alcohol to quickly it will cook the eggs too quickly and it will leave pieces of cooked egg in your mixture. So go slow and stir constantly. ** I have never used the egg whites in my Redneck Eggnog version.
